How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose rescheduling your charter to the next available slot or offer a complete refund. Weather conditions are monitored diligently and we will reach out to you 24 hours prior to departure if the forecast is of concern.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide exceptional catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure will be fully refunded. Those cancelled between 24 and 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical faults on our end.
