3. Making Reservations

3.1 Reservation Procedure

For reserving a charter, the following requirements must be met:

• Remit the initial payment as indicated in the reservation confirmation

3.2 Verification of Booking

4. Terms of Payment

4.1 Cost Overview

All quoted costs are provided in £ and taxes are included unless indicated differently. Price adjustments can occur without prior notification.

4.2 Schedule for Payments

• Initial Payment: 50% of the total cost for the charter is required at the time of reservation
• Remaining Amount: Must be paid 48 hours before the charter is scheduled to leave
• Extra Fees (if applicable): To be paid after the charter service is fulfilled

4.3 Accepted Methods for Payment

We accept widely-used credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and official bank drafts. Our payment processing utilizes secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund except for processing charges
• Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half of the payment will be refunded
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather be considered dangerous by our captain, we will:

• Offer to move your booking to another available date without extra cost
• Issue a complete refund should rescheduling not be an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the boat you are scheduled to use has mechanical failures, we will strive to arrange an appropriate replacement. Should we be unable to offer a replacement, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Every traveler must:

• Obey the crew's directives
• Utilize the provided safety gear when required
• Inform about health conditions that could impact their safety
• Stay within designated sections of the ship

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items forbidden on the ship include:

• Glass receptacles
• Banned substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive quantities of beverages (surpassing personal consumption)
• Animals (excluding pre-approved cases)

6.3 Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave courteously. An excursion may be terminated prematurely without reimbursement if a traveler's behavior is deemed a safety concern or if it interrupts the enjoyment of others.
